Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms explain the conditions for using NTE Life. Please review them and the Privacy Policy before choosing sign-in or sync. Sign-in is optional. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; merely visiting or reading the site is not consent to processing that requires separate consent.

These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Unofficial fan service

NTE Life is an unofficial fan-made checklist and public-data statistics tool for Neverness to Everness. It is not an official or affiliated service of the game developer, publisher, or platform providers.

Schedules, rewards, and build data are cross-checked against official notices, in-game labels, and public sources, but patches, regions, translations, and source limitations may cause errors or delays.

3. Account and sync

ChatGPT sign-in is optional and is used only to sync checkmarks and Character Pixel values across devices. You are responsible for keeping your own account secure and must not use another person's account.

Sign-in and sync are intended for users aged 16 or older. The Privacy Policy explains how sync information is processed, retained, and deleted.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal gameplay support and community sharing.

• Do not send excessive automated requests that disrupt the service or other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
• Do not impersonate the service, manipulate its data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Do not distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or damage service operations.

5. Accuracy and your decisions

The service is provided for convenience on an ‘as is’ basis. Check current official notices and the game before making important decisions. NTE Life does not guarantee any reward, schedule, rank, build result, or search placement.

The operator reviews reported errors and outages and takes appropriate action. This notice does not exclude your statutory rights or remedies, or excuse intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual property and sources

Names, logos, images, and game-related rights belong to their respective owners. Linked or quoted materials remain the property of their authors or rights holders.

Public sources are attributed and summarised only to the extent needed for statistics, criticism, and information. A rights holder or affected person may email the original URL, basis of rights, and reason to theojin31@gmail.com to request review of a correction, removal, or attribution change.

Do not copy NTE Life's original editorial arrangement or site code beyond what applicable law permits, or impersonate the operator.

7. External services

Ko-fi, Toonation, CHZZK, Twitch, YouTube, Discord and source platforms are operated by separate companies. The linked support pages, creator channels and Discord server are provided by the site operator. Support is optional and is not required to use site features. Checkout takes place on the external support service. These pages are distinct from the platforms themselves; links do not imply an official partnership with a platform or the game rights holder.

8. Discord community

Joining Discord is optional and is not required to use site features. Check the platform and local age and guardian-consent requirements. The checklist sync age condition does not establish eligibility for an external community.

Do not expose other people's private information, harass others, impersonate anyone or share unlawful material on Discord. The operator may review reports and violations and restrict relevant posts or server access, in accordance with platform rules and applicable law.

9. Changes, availability, and law

Features may change or pause when operationally necessary. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction provided by the law of your residence remain unaffected. Email questions to theojin31@gmail.com.
